GCSE Geography Pilot Schemes

Two Hampshire schools have been piloting a new GSCE Geography scheme and have chosen Chichester Harbour for their field work studies.

Oaklands School created 3 relief maps of East Head using sand and other natural materials, adding details recorded on outline maps whilst surveying the sand spit.

The students thoroughly enjoyed their work and gained a new perspective on the geography of the area.
