Solar Heritage set for busy summer

Solar Heritage is once again set for a busy summer here at Chichester Harbour. Amongst our wealth of fun outdoor activities and walks in our activity programme, Solar Heritage has a busy timetable over the coming months.

For those of you that don't know, Solar Heritage is our very own solar-powered catamaran, which takes passengers on a relaxing, unique tour of Chichester Harbour. Virtually silent, Solar Heritage glides across the water, showcasing the stunning views of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in a way you just can't experience from the shore.

There are a number of sailings on offer this summer:

Harbour Discovery - Enjoy views of Chichester - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - on an hour-long tour (1.5 hours from Itchenor), with general commentary of the Harbour as you go.

See timetable for times and dates.

Evening/Sunset Cruise - For something a little bit special, why not hop aboard Solar Heritage for a unique cruise in the evening or at sunset. There are just a handful of these cruises available, so book now to avoid disappointment.

Wed 16th Aug, 7pm (Sunset Cruise)

Wed 13th Sept, 7pm (Evening Cruise)

Thurs 14th Sept, 6:15pm (Sunset Cruise)

Cruise with Music - Take in the beautiful views on an afternoon cruise around the Harbour, while relaxing to the sounds of live acoustic music.

Fri 28th July, 4pm

Sat 12th Aug, 3:30pm

Solar Heritage departs from Emsworth from 12th June-24th September, then from Itchenor onwards from that date. Booking isn't necessary from Emsworth, but is recommended to avoid disappointment. However, booking is essential when departing from Itchenor. Be sure to arrive in good time for your trip.
