Chichester Harbour Conservancy - Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty

Out & About - Welcome

Whether you are a keen sailor or an early morning walker, Chichester Harbour is the ideal place for you.
If you would like to join one of our organised walks or activities please see the listings to find out what's going on.

The harbour has many villages all with their own characteristics and historical background. Download one of our walk suggestions and learn about the area through which you are walking. Or check out the map for the Salterns Way cycle route and avoid all the traffic! For those who are less able, see the access for all section with lots of ideas for how you too can enjoy the harbour.

For a visit with a difference, why not join us onboard our solar boat Solar Heritage and learn about this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty whilst afloat.

If you can't decide what to do, then check our page for suggestions for great Days Out.

If you need any further information, please contact us at the Harbour Office or try the local tourist offices.
