Other News

Round Hayling Island

On Saturday 23rd September there is a Round Hayling Island race for windsurfers, SUPs and canoes. The start and finish line will be at the Hayling Island Sailing Club with competitors racing anti-clockwise around the island. The race is expected to start around midday so all vessels transiting the Emsworth Channel and Sweare Deep to Langstone Bridge areas in the early afternoon please be aware of large groups on the water and give a wide berth where possible.

2017 Harbour Dues Checks

Our Patrol team are currently checking vessels for the display of the 2017 harbour dues plaques.

If you have yours, please make sure it is affixed to your vessel - on the port quarter. If you have not paid for your plaque and your vessel is in the water don't risk a fine and get a plaque purchased!
