Based at the Harbour Office, John is responsible for the management of the harbour authority and the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Richard is responsible for the day to day running of the harbour. He is responsible for the navigation marks in the harbour and oversees the mooring maintenance programme.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the AONB and the Environment Team, ensuring that projects and initiatives which conserve and enhance the natural beauty of the Chichester Harbour are successfully delivered.
This includes ensuring that the AONB Management Plan is implemented; working closely with local, regional and national partners and harbour communities and developing a suite of projects which benefit nature conservation, landscape, local people and improved access for all.

Nicky is responsible delivering the Chichester Harbour AONB Management Plan and advising on issues relating to the AONB, particularly landscape, access and recreation. She administers the Sustainable Development Fund grant scheme, to support local environmental and community projects.
Nicky manages the Conservancy's Countryside Management activities within the AONB which include footpath maintenance, tree and hedge planting and working with volunteer groups. The role is very wide-ranging and covers all aspects of the management of the AONB and people's access to it.

Michael Webb better known as "Charlie" co-ordinates the day to day running of the workshop team. His responsibilities range from mooring work and navigation marks to looking after our hards, jetties and infrastructure. Charlie is also the Coxswain of the mooring barge.

Based at the Emsworth office, Syd provides practical assistance for those sailing from Emsworth. He also runs the ferry service at weekends to and from the moorings.

The Harbour Admin Team consists of Hazel, Lucy, Debbie and Emma. The team are responsible for issuing you with your plaque and ensuring, with our Patrol team that you are legal on the water.
In addition they take bookings for the Solar Heritage and Terror boat trips and help out with general enquiries regarding the harbour.

Judi organises the programme of guided walks and activities. Her varied role will see her detecting bats one day and making a sculpture from leaves and berries another!
Working with the public she helps them increase their knowledge of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in a fun, yet informative way.

My responsibility is the conservation and enhancement of the diversity of wildlife in the harbour. My work therefore involves organising the survey, research and monitoring of wildlife, along with habitat and species protecion and management.

Chris deals with matters involving Conservancy members, including organising and recording all formal meetings. He also has responsibility for the administrative side of the Conservancy's land and property transactions, and insurance.
