Eames Farm is a 170-acre (150 hectares) farm in Chichester Harbour National Landscape, on Thorney Island.
It is owned by West Sussex County Council and leased to Chichester Harbour Trust. The farm itself is managed by a tenant farmer, with Chichester Harbour Conservancy providing the day-to-day management of the meeting facility, which can be hired for groups and events.
Available 9am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday.
Boardroom style layout can host 20 people around a shared table, which is ideal for a workshop, a focus group, or a team away day.
A theatre style set-up can host 50 people without a table, which is best for making a presentation to larger groups.
The maximum standing capacity for events is 100 people.
Free WiFi is included, as well as a projector, a screen (HDMI/VGA), and compact speakers (if required for talks).

A kitchen facility with crockery, glasses, cutlery, a microwave, and a kettle is available for use.
There are three unisex toilets.
There is space for around 40 cars to park, with the possibility of more if required (subject to the approval of the farmer).
Two dedicated parking spaces are reserved for less able visitors.
Due to the gentle nature of the surrounding countryside, loud music is not permitted.
