Chichester Harbour Conservancy is the only Statutory Harbour Authority with responsibility for leisure, recreation and the conservation of nature. Chichester Harbour is a landscape of national and international importance and one of the most important sites for wildlife in the UK, as well as being an active harbour for water users. We employ around 25 permanent staff, with a similar number of casual and seasonal team members.

We believe in excellence, collaboration, and empowerment of people in a way that maximises potential in a challenging, fun, and fair environment. We offer the opportunity to join a motivated and dedicated team working to conserve and restore nature and manage the harbour in the iconic landscape of Chichester Harbour.
