We’re looking for new Skippers to join our Boat Tours Team.

Are you a qualified skipper, interested in part-time, flexible work working on our environmentally friendly, solar-powered, catamaran tour boat, Solar Heritage, in beautiful Chichester Harbour.

This is a casual, paid role. We’re looking for people who can commit to at least six trips per month in the summer season, but we also have plenty of opportunities for those who wish to work more frequent shifts.

Skippers will need a Boatmaster licence for category B and C waters or higher.

Shifts are typically between 3-5 hours and there are options to work on weekdays, weekends, or some evenings. The majority of trips take place between spring and late autumn. Trips include harbour discovery cruises, seal safaris and bird watching trips.

Solar Heritage is a unique vessel offering visitor trips in Chichester Harbour. She is a virtually silent, solar-powered catamaran that seats up to 50 passengers, allowing them to enjoy the peace and tranquillity and panoramic views of Chichester Harbour National Landscape.
