Maintenance Work – Reconstruction of Trippet Wall, Bosham
- Harbour users are advised that works to replace the flint panels and brickwork on Trippet Sea Wall are due to commence on 2nd April 2024 at Shore Road, Bosham. The wall was damaged by a storm during the winter of 2021/22.
- The work site is located at the east end of Bosham Channel.
- The works will be undertaken on behalf of West Sussex County Council.
- In order to maximise daily working hours, a temporary dam is to be deployed adjacent to the work site. Shore Road will be closed for the duration of the works and a local traffic diversion will be in operation.
- The works are scheduled to commence on 02/04/24 with completion expected on 28/06/24. Please note that these works are weather dependant.
